The ZWILLING grill pan measures 24 x 24 cm. It has a 3-layer bottom composed of an aluminum core, enclosed on both sides by a layer of stainless steel. The middle layer is made of 18/10 stainless steel and the outer layers 18/0, so the grill pan can also be used on induction hobs. The handle is made of stainless steel and has an ergonomic shape which makes it easy to handle. The ZWILLING grill pan reaches the right temperature in a short time since the entire body is made of a conductive material which allows the rapid distribution of heat over the entire surface up to the edges.
