Returns and refunds

 


Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem, you can ask for a refund and return it safely, easily and quickly. The right of withdrawal is governed by current regulations (Legislative Decree 21/02/2014, n. 21).

Do you want to make a return? Here is the first thing to do.

For any questions regarding returns and to be able to return one or more items, you can send us an email to info@righinicasalinghi.it communicating the order number, reason and subject of the return and we will send you all the information. to make your return as quick and easy as possible. The return of all products is accepted, with the exception of perishable products such as sugar paste and dyes.

Until when is return possible?

You can return one or more items within 14 (fourteen) working days from the order delivery date (the courier's stamp will attest).

How do I pack the return?

The item or items to be returned must be in the original condition (blister, box with brand print ...), properly packaged and packaged.
The shipment must be done using the same cardboard protection box in which it was received to protect the product. If you no longer have the protective box used for delivery, you will have to return the object using a protective box with the aim of having it delivered by RIGHINI CASALINGHI intact in its parts.
If the original packaging (blister, box with brand print ...) is damaged, torn or broken, RIGHINI CASALINGHI will deduct 30% from the refund of the value of the object.
If the object returns with some defect or proves to have been used, RIGHINI CASALINGHI cannot in any way proceed to refund the value of the product.

How is the shipment made?

The transport costs of returning one or more products are always paid by the returner.
If you wish to proceed with the return shipment, the value of the returned product or products will be 100% refunded upon receipt of the items (provided that the packaging conditions have been respected and that the object is perfect and not used).
If you prefer to request the collection of the returned item through our carriers, the shipping costs will be reduced by the amount of the next refund.

The refund of the item and returned items.

The value of the returned product or products will be refunded 100%. The 100% refund depends on the integrity of both the original packaging (blister, box with logo printing ...) and the product.
If the packaging is damaged, torn or broken, the refund percentage will drop by 30% and only 70% of the value of the returned product will be credited to you.
If a product should return broken, ruined or already used, we will not be able to refund.

Refund procedure

The refund can be made by crediting the account by bank transfer. RIGHINI CASALINGHI will refund the refund according to the system indicated within 48 hours of confirmation of the arrival of the returned package in the warehouse and control of the returned items.
The refund will be viewable in a few days depending on the payment method.

What to do if the item arrives broken

If the item arrives broken, send a photo of the break by email to info@righinicasalinghi.it within 7 (seven) days following the delivery by the courier (stamp is authentic). If the courier leaves you a paper delivery document that you have signed and where the Reservation of Control appears, take a photograph that you send us together with the photo of the broken item. If the courier asks you only for a signature and a digital reservation check, it will be up to RIGHINI CASALINGHI to contact the courier directly. Upon receipt of the ordered product, it is always necessary to write the reservation of control on the courier's delivery note.

Once we receive the email with the photos of proof of breakage and reserve to the courier, we will immediately replace or refund the item according to your preference.
