Deliveries normally take place in 72 hours in Italy and from 5 to 10 working days in Europe, in relation to the status of belonging, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.

In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, delays in delivery may materialize. Shipping rates are shown in detail on the shipping page.

The Owner is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user due to delays in delivery.

Upon delivery, the user must check the content before accepting it, specifying any anomalies in the courier's delivery form. In case of non-collection within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost.

The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User.
