Product description

Cooking with a steam cooker turns into an act of well-being: it gives the ingredients full aroma, without altering the organoleptic properties and works very easily. The pot is a closed system: fill the lower part with a small amount of water or broth and place the ingredients in the steam cooking insert next to each other. The lid closes the pot tightly and collects the steam, dropping it back into the pot, maintaining the temperature and saving energy. When the steam rises, fish, meat and vegetables are cooked without coming into contact with water. Nothing burns or dries out, and vitamins are largely stored in the steam.

The WMF Vitalis line is not for nothing considered the smallest professional kitchen in the world, because you can cook, steam, roast, roast and braise with just one pot. It includes various cooking inserts and bowls that can be used to cook several dishes at the same time. The delicate preparation preserves the vitamins, aroma and color of the ingredients. Whether it's fish, vegetables or meat - the dishes retain their taste. The temperature can be easily checked at any time using the thermometer (up to 100 ° C) in the glass lid. All WMF Vitalis steaming systems are equipped with cold handles and a universal TransTherm® base, which makes them suitable for all hobs, including induction. The pots are made of easy-care Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel and can be easily washed in the dishwasher.
